MyBite Vitamins,
My interview with you ranks among the most disheartening and regrettable experiences of my professional life. A word of advice: do not bring in for interview prospective employees interested in roles you have already filled. Doing so makes you look foolish, not to mention contemptuous of applicants you ostensibly wish to bring aboard. Another freebie: hire for competence in HR especially, and by competent I mean those who understand your business well enough to conduct cogent interviews. God help you people.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at MyBite Vitamins (Gresham, OR) in Jan 2020
Interview
I am not the type to write reviews (good or bad), but I felt the need to let people know that the negative reviews about this company are ACCURATE!!! This was by the far the worst and most unprofessional interview I ever had.
The person they have in HR is not qualified and I could tell by the moment they opened their mouth. Extremely unprepared... you could tell they hadn't reviewed my resume. They came up with random, irrelevant questions on the spot. They slouched over the table the entire time and continued to look away as I answered questions (both rude and unprofessional).
The owner came out to meet me at the end of my interview and the interaction was just was terrible. I was asked many of the same questions I had JUST answered. The moment I got to my car, I removed my application.
The whole thing honestly felt like a joke. I can see why so many people have reported negative interview and employment experiences. I interviewed almost 3 weeks ago and it appears they are still looking to fill the position and I'm not surprised.
Save your time and look elsewhere!!!

Question 1
"Do you think you're smart?' (Seriously... weirdest interview ever)
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MyBite Vitamins (Gresham, OR) in Dec 2019
Interview
It was awkward and a good bit unprofessional. I was invited in twice. The first time I had to re-fill out the application that I filled out online and was made to wait a while. The interview was supposed to have multiple people present, but they never showed up. The second interview was supposed to have multiple people, but just one woman showed up and the whole thing was about six or seven minutes. I didn't get the feeling they were interested in me and I left feeling a little miffed that they'd wasted both of our times.
