Extremely long waiting time. No reply from follow up emails. The whole process took about a month, including 1st & 2nd interview. The interviewer mentioned to have the decision within a week but actually 2+ weeks when I sent the last follow up email.
Two round of interviews are similar, one with recuiter and another one with department manager and senior staff. Some questions are repeated.

Interview
I had a first round online interview with the recruiter for maybe around 15-20 minutes. The questions were quite standard - asking about what I knew of the company, my background and why I applied for the role. There were also a bunch of standard behavioral questions although they were specifically tailored for a designer and not too generic. Once all the questions were done, I was told that my answers along with my cover letter, resume and portfolio would be forwarded to the hiring manager, who would contact me directly if I got shortlisted.

I applied online and got a call for an interview. I missed the call and tried to get back to them, but I got ghosted after. This was an odd experience.
