Two rounds, first was great and professional, the second was offered a completely different role and completely different job description. got moved on to round 2, it’s a completely different person, they’re 30 mins late, and they don’t ask me a single question they just spend 45 minutes explaining the “company structure” which is just a pyramid scheme.

The first round was simple providing some information in a group setting and asking if you are able/willing to meet them. The second interview is a bit more in-depth and is where they discuss pay and such. It is a performance-based company for your pay.

First interview went amazing and smooth, very oriented, the employeer offered lots of information about the company and theit open roles. It was very professional and polite. Great communication overall.
