Interview
They select a large group of candidates and from there have a speed-dating type of interview where you get to talk to a variety of the staff. There were 2 sessions of 20 candidates with a total of 40 overall. Each interview lasted 2 minutes and then would switch over to the next person. Once the process was complete they would narrow it down to their liking and reach back within the next week.
It was held through zoom and different breakout rooms with at least two people physically present asking questions. One of the breakout rooms was a designated waiting room where you could socialize with other potential interns and network with two other members of the company. Everyone is very welcoming and not at all intimidating.

Long interview, talked to multiple people from different groups. Group format with three or four interviewers. Self-introduction and general interview questions. The whole process is about 1 hr to 1 hr 30 min.
