I was headhunted through LinkedIn with the first part of the process being a conversation with HR to run through the interview process. Their hiring process is centred around finding A-players and the first round consisted of running a discovery call to uncover more information about the 4 hiring criteria - intelligence, character, coachability, experience.

1st Round: HR Round (They will discuss about the role and will get to know about your background and your past) 2nd Round: Technical Round ( It is conducted by the manager) 3rd Round: HR Round ( Company details and joining information)
