I applied online. I interviewed at Multiverse in Mar 2026
Interview
The first interview was pleasant, and the questions were not difficult. Honestly, I thought I would move on to the next stage. However, two days later I received a rejection without any explanation. It made me question myself, especially since I have similar or even more experience than some people who joined the company. After speaking with others who were also rejected, it felt like there may have been a preference for British candidates or people with more neutral accents from other countries. It’s disappointing, because I believe companies should value people in a more inclusive way. That was the impression I was left with.
I was contacted through linkedin for the job. I attended the screening interview. Questions were good. Interview process is structured. Got response back in two days. Then technical interview with Mock teaching session. And some standard questions.
