Interview
First I was contacted by a professional recruiter and had a telephone interview. Once he was satisfied, I was interviewed briefly in-house by someone from Human Resources and then by the hiring official. After I met with the hiring official, I was "debriefed" by the Human Resources rep. And I never heard from them again.
