The hiring process in this company is very time consuming, particularly it took me about three weeks. As a friendly advice, before you apply for it, see carefully the company reviews. So, the interview process has at least three phases, where in the first phase you will be siting in a room with a guy from IT department and a girl from HR department. The guy will ask you general questions about OO programming, and she will bore you with questions like 'which are your strengths?', 'which are your weaknesses?', etc. At the end of the first interview they'll give you an exercise to solve in three days. In the second interview you'll discuss your solution. Finally, in the third interview a woman from HR, will bore you again with typical HR questions. However be careful, because this lady is not only the manager of HR, but she has a major influence in the organization, so at the end of hiring process will be her that decides if you stay or not.
