Overall, it was a very enjoyable, professional experience, and all the interviewers were engaged and friendly. First round was all behavioral questions to see if there's a mutual fit. Next step was the 'virtual onsite' with 3 1-hour interviews: - System design: how would you build a url shortener at scale - Resume deep dive: go through previous positions and discuss - Code challenge: Discussion about Rails and MVC, then a relatively easy challenge where the test cases were already written and you need to get them passing. I did not get an offer, but I was provided quick and useful feedback, which was much appreciated.
