It was very relaxed. That does not mean it wasn't professional, because it was. The drive started with a pre placement talk where the HR person explained to us what exactly Mu Sigma does and why. We were made aware of each and every minute detail. We were encouraged to ask questions, answer them and in general have a conversation. Then we had the much dreaded Video Synthesis round. We were shown a 17 minutes video of the CEO talking about the vision, goals and future of Mu Sigma. It was pretty intense. After the video we were supposed to write our thoughts, what we understood, and the gist of what we just watched. Warning: Do NOT summarize. That's all there is in the video synthesis round. It was quite a cake walk. This was followed by the GD. The topics were thought provoking. I was a part of the group with the topic 'Discuss certain examples of 2 seemingly unrelated things which have a common theme'. It went smoothly. The moderators were appreciative. After the discussion, the first results were declared. Then we had the interview to look forward to. It wasn't anything technical. Just personal stuff. I want to note something. Even if you are not good at academics, they don't care. As long as you have a reason for your not-so-bright marks and out-of-this-world communication skills. Just be honest. They can see through your lies and ask you questions that'll definitely oust you. All the best guys :)
