Lengthy and thorough. I met directly with everyone from the hiring manager to the owner and CEO. They provided questions and testing to see if I would be a good fit for the company. It helped me with future interviews down the road

Went in to talk with the main boss ended up waiting 30 minutes for hin to get there i guess traffic was bad. Sat down had coffee and he explaind what they needed and went over the job desceiption and nothing to exciting happened really, just normal conveesation and i got the job in a few days after
