The recruitment process is so quick, I was interviewed on March 13th and as i was selected i got offer from Mphasis on 16th march with a good percentage of Hike.
I am 5.4 years and had one TR and HR with the Mphasis.
TR is more of not only asking basic questions but also asked me to explain them more clearly.
