I interviewed for UI developer for bangalore office.First round was telephonic interview. It went well and after 3 days they called and told me that I have cleared my first round.So, there will be f2f round now.The f2f round scheduled on weekday(Monday) at 4 pm . I got my call letter and reached the mphasis office at 3:55 pm. But after reaching there at reception I was told that I will have to call (phone call) the concerned person . With my call letter , HR has also shared her number. I called her but she was busy on another call. So, I waited for next 15 min but no update. I again called her but phone was still busy . I tried calling her in every 15 min but she was busy on another call and nobody was there to give any update on a scheduled interview. After waiting and trying reaching her for 1 hr, I had to leave. They simply wasted my whole day and I had earlier told them that it is 14 km from my place , so please schedule it accordingly. I wasted my money , my leave and my time and you can imagine the unproffessional behaviour of HR that she didn't contact me . i replied on mail as well that I am waiting outside at the reception but no response. How can an HR , who is responsible for this job be such careless .Later at 6 pm(after 2 hr of scheduled interview), I got a call that where are you now can you come back for the interview.I mean seriously are you guys joking or what . Very bad and unprofessional experience.

Applied through naukri...attended a virtual interview. Just asked me 4-5 questions. The interviewer is on mute every time, she didn't even given response, going to next qn after 1min of delay. Very irresponsible employee.
