In ordine cronologico si inizia con un colloquio conoscitivo seguito da uno skill test il cui risultato verrà discusso nel secondo colloquio tecnico. Infine ho ricevuto una proposta di lavoro.

Uno dei peggior colloqui della mia esperienza lavorativa. Gli “HR” sono semplicemente i due elementi del team che si occupano di design e sviluppo front end... Inutile dire che non sanno minimante come fare un colloquio. Sembravano disturbati come se facessero un favore a me. Ho ricevuto un feedback tramite email di poca professionalità! Sconsiglio vivamente ogni tipo di colloquio con queste persone.

In my case the interview process can be summarized in 4 phases:
- A first Phone screen when i talked a little bit about my self
- A Skype call with the CTO
- Code assignment

After the first short interview i had with the CTO they sent me an assignment to do in Angular, we discussed it with one of the senior front end engineers were working there.
