Coming from an encounter at a Auckland meetup my process may be different to a cold CV application.
- Initial meeting - what did I want to do after graduating at uni?
- Take home technical - couple of easy questions, clear.
- The crux interview - review technical, additional CV questions, projects, fun questions. Big portion on reviewing technical, and extending it via a "change of requirements" or "thought experiment".
- Final interview with Head of Tech, friendly tech heavy conversation. Depends on availability of relevant people.
