Met with recruiter, CEO and head of people. Recruiter was good and he gave me a much better understanding of the company and role than most recruiters do. CEO was passionate and clear on what he is building. Head of People was able to describe the culture and values well. I am still interviewing so haven’t seen rest of process yet.
