I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at MoveHQ (Reynoldsburg, OH)

Interview

Brief more or less friendly interview which included a brief written code test. This was followed by a 4-hr code test on a copy of the actual codebase. Provided documentation was slim- I was encouraged to ask for help.
