Very lengthy process just to hire someone to fill a role. This has become a trend now a days in the industry. I applied online and went through several rounds. The process took a month. A lot of time and effort invested in these interviews. All wasted in the end.

Great chat with recruiters. Recruiter was very helpful. Did not make it to hiring manager though. The interview process was fairly transparent. Got some insights of the company during the first round.
