Quick call with the hiring manager then an in-person with, what was supposed to be, the whole team. Neither the hiring manager, or his team, showed up for the interview. I ended up talking with a manager in the same functional area but not directly on the team. Hiring manager called me a couple of hours later, apologized for missing the interview, then told me he was no longer considering me for the position. This was a definite d|ck move and I wouldn't work at Mountain America now for anything knowing this is the first impression they give potential employees. Beyond a doubt, the most unprofessional experience I've ever had.
