The first step was a phone screen by the hiring manager who had received a lot of resume from HR to review. After having a very positive phone screen, the hiring manager requested I do an in-person interview. After two weeks of coordinating the best time to meet, I met the hiring manager and another member of his team. The first 30 minutes of the in-person interview was with the hiring manager only. After going over the role with him, he asked me good behavioral questions and examined my analytical skills. I then met another member of his team. After a positive in-person interview, the hiring manager sent me an email expressing his intent to offer me the position. I heard from HR with a formal letter one week later.
