The process took 3+ months. Contacted for an initial phone screening. It went well enough to move to the next round. Spoke with the Sr. Recruiter for operations, which went well. Was then invited to meet the team, which went well. Following that meeting, I was invited to meet with the executive team in NY. This also went well; I presented my case study, which they were admittedly impressed. They then asked me if I could meet with one more person the following week. I met with this individual, which seemed to go well. About two weeks later, I was advised that a decision would be given within the week. Weeks have gone by and still nothing. Thankfully I had multiple irons in the fire. Accepted another offer more fitting. Cons: recruiting would commit to calling you on a certain day and not do so. Moreover, they seem to not value your time, which is expensive at the end of the day.
