I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mount Sinai Health System (New York, NY) in Mar 2014
Interview
Lengthy, spoke with 4 different employees in the hiring area of the company before obtaining my employment. My advice is to apply online, and to call within a week or two if you haven't heard back. Doing this allowed me to speak with different individuals during their "transition" period but eventually helped obtain my employment.
