Mount Litera Zee School interview questions

It's a School with fancy Infrastructure but no ethics and no regard. They called me all the way from Chandigarh to appear for an interview. Did not disclose anything on phone. To my utter surprise, the receptionist insisted me to pay Rs. 250 to fill a 1 pager employement form before the interview. When I confronted her that nobody informed me about it on phone and even on your website you have nowhere mentioned this, she said that this is mandatory. When I asked her for the receipt, she denied and instead gave me a notebook and asked me to make an entry with my details, stating that I have paid for the same. It was extremely unprofessional, unethical and disgusting that a person who has been called for the interview is asked to pay without prior intimation !!! Since I had travelled all the way to Amritsar from Chandigarh for this, I was left with no choice but to comply with what they were saying. It was an average 1 pager form which only talked about your personal info elaborated on the resume too!! After 10 minutes of wait, I was called in for the interview. Though there was a panel of 5 including the Director and some school staff but that was just to keep things fancy and create an impression, as no one except the Director spoke. The very first question the director asked me was what salary I would expect and then the whole 10 minutes of conversation revolved around this.They did not talk about my credentials and my expreience  surely feel like a bonded labour landed in a jail !!
