Interview
One interview with the HR lady and museum manager. I was asked pretty basic questions about handling difficult situations and customer service experience. The process could be different now, as this was in 2019, but I would expect it to still be a pretty standard interview.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Motown Museum (Detroit, MI)
Interview
Had to interview with 2 people. HR and Store manager. Not exactly sure why it was necessary.
Other than that, interview questions were average retail interview questions. It felt somewhat harder than other interviews even though the pay was not worth anything more than a simple interview.
