There was prompt and professional communication at all times. There was clear scheduling instructions, detailed information about the role and the company.
The interview started on time and there was a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
The interview was mostly a conversation, where questions were asked to learn more about my skills and experience.

The whole process from application date to the final answer took 3 months. Had a phone interview and 2 rounds of office interview with the presentation for the final round. I’m grateful not being hired, as they didn’t even bother to lift a phone and call to share their decision. I received an email 3,5 weeks after my final interview. It’s utter disrespect assuming the amount of time and efforts taken. I would not like to be part of the team that has no respect for the candidates.
