I applied on company website and received email to submit my availability for the HR phone screening.
The call was scheduled and the morning of, about an hour before the call, the recruiter said they had to reschedule. She asked me to update my availability and then ghosted me.
Motive don’t waste our time. Have decency to respond to someone you reached out to and don’t just ignore us. This exposes your culture at your company.
