Ask about a lot of relevant experience yes, but what is saddening is after the interview, there is no update at all. They uses the agency, and the agency did not revert at all as well. I think that is the least they can do, right.

During my application, I spent 1.5 month and 5 rounds of interview from hr call, hr screening interview, hiring manager interview, assessment (which they gave brief in details and in addition to ideas, they specifically requested creative visual reference), interview with MD. At the end, did not get an offer and was told that I was overqualified. And then they started job listing for the same position again on job portal. Did gave me the feeling they may be fishing for free marketing ideas. 🤷🏻♀️
