Email, phone call and face to face with an executive assistance who assist the managing partner. When meeting at the corporate office, I met with the same person, provided resume, met a few others within the corporate office very briefly. The interview was not to in depth, it was pleasant experience.

you go over your resume and why you want the job. nothing major. they talk about leasing, responsibilities, ask you about dealing with challenging people. Customer service. not a difficult interview but that may depend on the person. not really structured. People seem a bit conceited and not welcoming
