Phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. The questions asked ranged from personal to professional and the interviewer had great follow ups to some. I believe, based on the questions asked, that they were more focused on grasping my character rather than my experience or knowledge. Overall good interview process although I would have liked to see the facility or do an in person interview to follow up the phone interview.
