Mosaic Consulting Group interview questions

Had a 30 minute phone interview with an HR representative and 60 minute Zoom video interview with hiring manager. Both were very conversational. I wish they would have grilled me more in detail on my experience initially, because halfway through the video interview, it was discovered I didn't quite have the deep enough technical skill they were looking for. Really love the company and the conversations I had. They let you talk and sell your story, it's not a structured question and answer session. It's very conversational and informal. They're definitely more of an entrepreneurial company. Seemed like they liked me because they discussed future opportunities where I may be a better fit.

My interview process with Mosaic was amazing. I was relocating to Nashville and flew down to interview with another company (on their dime), but I scheduled this interview a few hours before getting on the plane. I was walking into this interview with no idea of what to expect, but they impressed me in the best way! Everyone was so friendly, the office is beautiful, and the interview process itself was very organized. When I left the interview, I thought that no other company I have interviewed for even compares - I knew that what Mosaic has is special and I was amazed by the team. After the in person interview, I had 2 calls with others on the team, and received an offer immediately after.
