The most disappointing interview process I’ve experienced in my career. After completing four rounds — nearly six hours of interviews scheduled back-to-back at the company’s request — I never received any follow-up or communication from anyone on the team. This lack of professionalism and respect for candidates’ time reflects very poorly on the organization. Based on this experience, I would not consider applying for another role with this company in the future.
