Pretty standard interview process - very classic situational questions. Less conversational interview and more formal questions. One of the hiring managers was very engaged and the other was somewhat cold and wouldn’t make eye contact.

Tell me about a time where you had to deliver late to a client and how did you handle it?
No communications with human resources - exchanged emails with nameless "Front Desk" email account.
Ask when would work best for an interview and scheduled the only day in a two week period that I said I wasn't free.
Interviewers arrived 10 minutes late.
Unstructured interview process.
No initial phone screen, which would have been a valuable first engagement.
No follow up emails.
Very unorganised.
