First met with the Director and she was great to talk to. Afterwards, was given the chance to speak to the executive chefs and elaborated more about the position. Overall, I felt comfortable and confident during the interview.

Michael Gremba was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough in the interview process. He explained the position and it's responsibilities very well. He was very transparent by saying that the position had been open for a while.
