Morrison Child and Family Services interview questions

The interview process was conducted by two Milieu Supervisors. Staff was friendly and personable. The hiring process took forever as I has to wait several months for the background check to clear. Overall, the interview process was pleasant and I was offered the job.

Only made it to the phone screen, was not asked to continue in the process. That's fine, but what was awful was the rejection letter I received. It was not formatted with my name, position I applied for, or signed by the hiring manager. The salutation read, "Dear [Candidate Name]". Someone just fired off a bunch of rejection letters and didn't bother formatting them at all. Very uncaring and unprofessional. Won't be applying with this organization again.
