3 stage process one with recruiter, one with line and one case study final stage. The case study is a real-life example of something they're working on and gives you a good flavour for the business.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Talk me through a time you had a complex project to deliver on?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Morressier (Berlin) in Dec 2023
Interview
The process is Long and I think the recruiter doesn't keep tabs on the whole process. They will already finalize a few candidates based on their skills (which is how it should be) but still keep other candidates in the funnel. Even when asked about the status of the open position (so that we don't waste each other time), they would "warm" the candidate for a month just to move one round.
First round: Talk to the recruiter
This is very conversational with an introduction and a little bit about past experiences.
Second round
A 45-minute call with the hiring manager. Mostly discuss in-depth past experiences and few basic Javascript questions to solve
3rd round:
90 min technical session with architectural design and in-depth technical questions
4th round:
Convo with CEO
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Morressier (Islamabad, Islamabad) in Sept 2022
Interview
Referred by a friend. First, get to know an HR person. She was very friendly. It was a 30 min google meet called. Then I was given a technical assessment to complete in my domain. Wasn't very complicated. After this, a technical interview with the Head of Data. Cleared that round as well. The final interview was with CTO. He was again very friendly. Then I got the offer the very next day.
