Interview
The interview is easy and not problematic. Oral communication is tested along with the ability to analyse financial data from public and private sources. Overall interview process is smooth and comfortable to deal with.
interview is of 30 minutes. it was quite friendly interview . questions were generally related to financial reporting like p/b , eps, p/s , different types of equity and fixed income securities
It is an extensive process (three stages at least) that asks you about your background and interest. I interviewed with several analyst and finally three regional directors. I was also asked to prepare a stock pitch at the final stage of the interview.
