I had the worst interview process in my whole life. First HR called to check if I needed a VISA to work in Spain, where I was living, salary expectations and why I applied to the position. I had a few questions related to the job description to understand better the position. The HR didn't know the answers and said that I could ask to someone in another interview. Pay attention: no one explained me before what exactly thing would be. Hesent me an invitation and when I joined I discovered that I needed to do an assessment to prove that I speak one of the languages required, one next step with ten questions and after another step. All these in a 45 minutes call. I was super nervous because according to the HR i'll have a simple conversation and I barely could speak one of the languages I really speak well (according to the natives) . In all my job intervening process HR is clear how the next step will be, its not like "SURPRISE do an assessment and after answear 10 more questions and do another round. Very disapointed
