Two round interview process, very personable and felt really engaging whilst talking to manager and office managing director. Usually just a chat about your personality as opposed to experience. I would recomend them if you are thinking about entering Recruitment.

Note that recruitment is an industry with high turnover. So the leadership has changed over the years. When I was going through the process, I felt that the people were nice, sincere and genuine in getting to know you and if you fit into their culture. They were huge on culture previously.
