I had 2 interviews with MoreVisibility. I first interviewed with The Director of Marketing, as well as the CEO. The interviews were very thorough. I was able to ask all the questions I had with respect to Salary, room for growth, expectations, health benefits, paid time off, etc. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Interview
The interview process was exactly what I was looking for. Detail oriented, culturally minded and uniquely transparent.
Through the process, I had the opportunity to interview them as much as they interviewed me.
It started with an initial phone call, followed by a GoToMeeting call. I was asked to prepare a detailed practical exercise which allowed me to display my skillset to ensure I was the right candidate.
In short, I was offered the position and to date the company has exceeded my expectations.
