I applied online. I interviewed at More Years (Years.com) in Nov 2025
Interview
1st interview was a teams chat with two lovely women who made the company and job sound like a dream. Second interview involved me driving to their base and having a 1:1 interview with who I can only assume is the line manager for the role. He was very dismissive, cocky and generally acted like he didn’t want to be there. Gave me a really off putting feeling. Kept saying ‘don’t just tell me what you think I want to hear’ went on to tell me I was overqualified and asked why I even wanted to work there. I left with a bad feeing overall about how I’d be treated within the company. Was told I would know an outcome regarding whether they wanted to hire me the following week. The next day I got an invite to a third interview! By this point I’d decided I was no longer interested in the company or the job. If you don’t know whether you want to hire someone after two separate 1:1 interviews with multiple members of the team then you’re clearly doing something wrong as a company. Job is still active online so it’s clear they still haven’t found anyone, more than likely due to their stupidly long and tedious interview process, or their unwelcoming staff
