There was an online application form consisting of five questions, followed by a Teams interview comprising five questions. If successful at the Teams interview stage, candidates would progress to an in-person assessment centre. Disappointingly for candidates, the assessment centre was cancelled for unforeseen reasons.

Good, well-structured process with strength and competency questions. Clear email correspondence from invitation to the video interview to the assessment centre. Conducted on Microsoft Teams. It took around 30 minutes with time to ask questions at the end!
