I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Moon River Brewing (Savannah, GA) in Sept 2011
Interview
I submitted a resume in person, had a face to face interview, and was hired. It was pretty much your standard type interview for any sort of kitchen help that isn't through a large franchise or corporation. They happened to be short staffed, and obviously in need of someone to start very quickly so long as they were qualified or had at least a little culinary experience
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Moon River Brewing (Savannah, GA) in Sept 2013
Interview
Sat down with hiring manager after presenting the completed Moon River application and my résumé together. First I was asked to describe myself and my previous experience. Then we talked about what kind of position I was seeking, and what other qualifications I had that might be helpful to the business. It helped that I know craft beer a bit more than the average person. In the interview it was specifically mentioned that they like to promote from within and that I might be suited for that, which became true rapidly after hiring. Then I was asked about availability.
