An HR representative called and spoke with me on the phone to get a feel for for my communication style and problem solving skills. Asked me to rate my skill level in different areas (excel, cost accounting, etc.). Basic first interview questions. Next I interviewed over zoom with three members of the accounting team. They asked more questions regarding my problem solving techniques.
