It was a two step interview process. Both interviews were relaxed and casual with no technical questions. They really just want to know your experience in research and areas of interest.

2 round interview process, one individual and one panel. No technical questions. Asked about projects on resume and typical behavioral questions. Why do you want to work at Moody's? What experience do you have with economic research?
