The interview process was not very hard. I applied online and was invited for a face to face interview . I was interviewing with two Associate Analysts. The interview questions were based in the knowledge of the banking sector, accounting and financial ratios
It was okay. not much to say. Weird interview questions. Employees seem competitive even with an intern. Asked me what functions i knew on excel which was strange considering the role.

The interviewer was extremely friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere right from the start. The entire process, from submitting my application to being shortlisted for the position, was incredibly smooth and well-organized.
