Hi there,
We have a progressive recruitment process which evolves and is updated regularly. It is not a one size fits all approach but rather each hiring manager determines the best way to source and select candidates for their team.
We interview to assess technical ability as well as cultural fit as we strive to become a GREAT place to work (it's one of our company goals) and look for people who are aligned to this and our values.
We use a technical challenge/test which involves bug fixes to help evaluate a candidate's technical ability and this is generally standardised for the role so that we can compare candidates fairly.
We also include multiple interviews with the new potential team so our team members can input into the process too.
Overall it's comprehensive and ensures that we find the right person for the job.
