I interviewed at Mooboo (Worthing, West Sussex, South East England, England)
Interview
Very easy and smooth interview process, the manager was very kind and talked like a typical conversation instead of having a straight up interview. Was very laid back and casual which made it not feel intimidating at all.
I applied online. I interviewed at Mooboo (London, England)
Interview
Very simple and easy. They asked questions about you, things like your hobbies and interests so they do want to get to know you. They also ask about any experience you may have and asked examples of work scenarios. Also asked why you want to work there.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Mooboo in Jul 2023
Interview
I applied at 11pm, I received an interview at 12am midnight an hour later. I went to the interview, she sat me down on a tiny stool in the backroom (with a huge window and the door open so everyone could see me, awkward) and gave me a sheet of maths questions an 8 year old could do while she went back to the front of the store because she was the only one working. I had to awkwardly tell her I had finished it after only two ish minutes. She came back and told me I got them all right. She asked how many hours I can work. She asked me if college will restrict how many hours I work. She told me it was £5.28 rather than the £5.50 that was advertised. She said she'll text me when she can do a trial shift with me. Keep in mind, she has not asked me for my passport or national insurance number or birth certificate, nothing this whole time. I do the two hour unpaid trial shift with another girl my age (16) where we awkwardly stand behind her while she serves customers. She tells us she's going to text us when we can start. Spoiler, she never texted. Just kinda dodgy and rude, waste of time
