The interview is very informative and easy to follow. They asked you to talk about yourself and your portfolio, professional work. They will talk about how their office work and the different design sessions they hold, QnA section at the very end.
Principal bombarded me with questions that were more about the places I worked in and less about my experience in a rush. It was impossible to have an actual conversation, I kept getting cut off. The reason became apparent when he left midway through the interview for another arrangement. Shockingly unprofessional.
Many questions didn't make a lot of sense such as whether I had done things from "scratch" (while there are a ton of industry standards and established protocols). I tried to answer politely waiting for my turn but the principal left midway through as I mentioned.
HR Manager then proceeded to ask me the rest of the questions. She did not have the technical expertise to have a conversation when I countered with a question or even comprehend what I am saying.
