The interview process was quite simple. I applied on Gauchospace (a job listings site for UCSB students) and received an email shortly after saying that I was a potential candidate for the job. My potential boss was very willing to schedule our interview around my busy academic schedule. I was interviewed by the Front Desk Manager and Operations Manager, both of whom were friendly and engaging. I was nervous going in, but once the interview actually started I felt at ease, as if I was having a casual conversation with friends.
