Went through a phone screening and 3 rounds of interviews until they told me I don’t have enough experience for the role. Did not provide much of an explanation. Surely it shouldn’t take 4 discussions to determine experience level..

Typical interview process asking about previous work history, how one would you respond in various scenarios, under pressure, in crisis, and if you’ve had any lived experience with an eating disorder. Interview ended with answering any questions I had.
